SLCO Community Resources cooperated with the HKJCDPRI to record “Video of Guide for the Disabled under Pandemic – for the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing”. We hope it could help the general public to learn more about the needs of the disabled so that they could help each other in society. At the end, everyone in society could overcome the pandemic together.
