The aim of this Instructor Training Programme is to train up deaf and hearing instructors to lead the FS² Baby Sign-bilingual class. Besides explanation of theories and research findings, curriculum, content and teaching techniques for two full phases (6 lessons in each phase) of Baby Sign-bilingual class will be taught. Upon the completion of training programme, trainees will be capable to lead the two phases of classes with their deaf or hearing partner. Throughout the whole training, deaf and hearing trainees will learn in the same classroom to familiarize themselves with co-teaching and co-creation.
